I am passionate about coming alongside you to help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs to experience authenticity and peace. Whether you are seeking counseling for discouraging patterns of negative thoughts/behavior, childhood issues, relational discord, or trauma, I provide a comfortable, safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to process, learn, and grow toward your goals. 

My approach to counseling is collaborative and feedback-oriented based on your preferences and desired therapeutic outcomes. Our goal is to find an appropriate evidence-based modality which considers your individual needs. We often choose a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing.
